I-976: $30 Car Tabs
It appears the Tim Eyman Initiative to reduce car tab fees to $30 will pass.

On Day 2, approval is running 55% statewide. Kitsap County was approving the Initiative with a vote of 53%.
If approved when the final votes are tallied, this will cost Bainbridge between $400,000 to $600,000 a year.
